*ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS*
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water or homemade nut milk (or a mix)
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple & 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vegan plant-based protein powder (my fav is Sun Warrior Plain)
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1/8 t (or a dash) each of: turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients on high for one minute.
Pour in a mason jar!
