*ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS*
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts of choice, finely chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, no sugar added
- 1 cup dried fruit of choice, chopped, no sugar added
- 3 T chia seeds
- 3 T seeds of choice- pumpkin or sunflower
- 2 T ground cinnamon
- 1 t fine sea salt
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Stir.
Bake an additional 10 minutes, watching closely so it doesn't burn.
Let cool, then store in a airtight glass container.
